Phone Lines down

The MEN Water Office phone lines are down and now the cellular service is wonky. The backup phone number is 9038748500. If you can not get through on the phone Amanda does still have internet so you can contac her by email at [email protected]

Billing
March 10, 2025
The Water Bills are due on the 20th of every month. That Due date does not change. If you do not receive a bill you are still resposible. We will make a post every month when we mail the bills. We do not work for the Post Office once we take the bills to the Post Office their delivery is out of our hands. We recomend that if you do not have your bill by the 7th of each month to contact the office for the amount and / or a reprinted statement. There will not be any adjustments removing late fees.
Service discontinuance or address changes

We had and issue come up that we have had similar issues but not specific issues come up. To further protect our system and our employees. From here on out if an address changes or a request for service termination from a member will have to be done by all parties thar are on an account and the request will from now on will require a notary signatures of all parties.
